Last summer I hired Flint Blake & Boles Roofing from Sharon VT to install a standing seam roof one on the main cape portion of my house and was VERY pleased both with the quality of their work and the price. The cost was less than the prices I\'d been quoted for any roofing (including the cheaper nailed/screwed-on metal roofing or asphalt shingles) by Chittenden County contractors, and they didn\'t need to remove the old roof. The entire job was done in half a day, and it\'s beautiful. Standing seam is all they do, so they\'re very fast. Roy\'s Siding
I had Roy\'s Siding from Colchester put a metal roof(they do shingles, too) on my house last fall. I\'m glad I did! They put siding on my house 20 years ago, and have maintained it for free since then (I live in a windy spot, so pieces blow off now and then).
